That should be your focus for the next few months of playing.
Also get yourself a mentor and sign up to mentorship program (find a thread about it).
Dont buy equipment. You dont need it until you reach div3. And even then you dont need it that much either.
This is one of the most basic rookie mistakes here in this game.
You also dont really need 3 docs and 2 mechanics until you reach div 3. One of each would be enough.
Focus on riders. Decide on your speciality (climbing/sprinting/TT). Get a decent captain and 2-3 helpers. That shoul
